30 DAY RETURN POLICY:

•   Must be in new unused condition.

•   Must be one of our standard products that has not been customized

•   No products with initials/names or dates can be returned.

•   Natural Veg Tan may not be returned due to not liking the natural character of the leather or markings, this is all apart of the process of this leather.

•   Products must arrive back to Kingdom Leather in new condition.

•   Return shipping back to us is paid for by the customer.

•   All refunds are minus the credit card fees as the payment processor does not return the fees when refunds are processed.

•   The shipping and handling cost for the original shipping to you is deducted from the refund amount.

• Shipping must be post marked within 30 days of receiving the product.

•   Refunds are issued once the package arrives back at Kingdom Leather and it's unused condition and is verified by us.
